Minoura holds a headlight and cellphone on the handlebar of a recumbent bike. This solves the problem of limited handlebar space in the seattle area. It's light and easy to adjust.

It accomplished that mission fine i knocked it down to four stars because one of the plastic end caps came up and the company ignored my email to support to try to find a replacement for it

The arm basically swivels on a hinge to effectively raise or lower the accessory bar but there is no way to rotate the entire mount or arm such that both accessory bar and mounted base bartube are parallel

These are not meant to hold heavy items but great mounting places for cell phone holders bike gps holders and other such light weight items

They do send sufficient rubber spacers so the large clamp will fit 78 bars but all of that rubber stacked up looks kind of clunky
