If youve never installed one before i had never installed one before its interesting to know that when you setup your device to connect to this thing youll have your router for example named router then youll have this extender for example named router extender and youll set your device to connect to router extender or what ever name you choose for it and youll have the device forget the actual router

Using the quick wps set up it worked

One thing though is that when you have it set up input the password of the modem you have already and not the one in the instructions and it should work perfect

Needed to boost the wifi in my grandmothers house so that the tv in the family room could get the signal since it was on the other side of the house from the wifi modem

Although my home is not large the plaster walls were interfering with the signal

It is no good putting these devices on the peripheries of your existing wifi as it will keep dropping the signal
