Overall we had a great experience but there were a few small issues

They dont really tell you up front about all the extra service charges resort fees and that they will be taking your money out before you even arrive

There is a gate at the front and you have to have a pass to get in

The resort itself looks like a very nature friendly design which unfortunately has not been that good for cell phone reception
