There are 2 things that are a problem

The other thing is a quality control problem when the company welded on the brackets to hold the handle in the cart position they got a big glob of welding material inside the holder and so the handle does not fit down all the way the cotter key does not go through the hole

I bought this hand truck to serve now as a computer cart to move my large computer printer and bose sound system in and out of the house for real estate showings as im selling the house and dont want these items in the house when showing it to prospective buyers

Anticipating this would be the case i had already purchased replacement solid tires from amazon httpwww
