Pros & Cons
Pros
Feels sturdy/hefty. Ostensibly machined in the us, so that's cool. With a brass material, it seems sturdy.
The milton s-920 is accurate and measures up to 70 psi. The tire tread guage is also a nice feature. If you are a diy person this gauge should last a lifetime.
Highlights
Quality
What i liked quality build out of real metal built to last
Outstanding tire gauge very durable accurate and reliable
The base of the pen is not broad enough nor is there enough resistance to know when its bottomed
Only 4 of them tested accurate and the rest ended up in the garbage
Price

I have been using the other type gauges which were not giving accurate readings

Used this in conjunction with a tire pressure monitoring system and it reflected exactly the same tire pressure as the tpm

What it does is it snugs on the valve perfectly it doesnt give variable readings it hits the same value every time doesnt leak off pressure unlike cheap gauges

Id be leery of reviewers who complain of inaccuracy if they dont mention specifics

For example if i really wanted to vouch for or complain about the accuracy of this gauge i might mention something like 34measured 28 psi vs 29
