I like this tool for several reasons1 it worksour dog was notorious for constantly barking all day once he wore this collar for 12 he was trained2 its friendly to the pets given its stepup enforcementunlike some other products on the market this one will first beep then vibrate before it corrects the animal

We have three dogs but only one is a mad barker so we appreciate that barking from other dogs does not set off the collar

The included instructions were a little hard to understand but the web site description helped us make sure we were programming it correctly
