My only reason for only 4 stars is two of the bolts holding the unit together did not have nuts and were just hanging in the frame

The outer box opened to a second equally thick inner box and then the bed was wrapped in plastic as well it came out pristine without a wrinkle or a scratch so 10 on the packaging

Once out of the box the only assembly required was installing the casters which was easy one of the holes wasnt perfectly aligned but a light squeeze got it back into alignment enough to get the caster in and from there it screwed in easily

No instruction manual to be found
