Pros

These are the only supplements i can take containing melatonin when i have difficulty sleeping. They dissolve easily, and a bit chalky, but not that unpleasant to chew. The only downside is that i don't like to dream.

Cons

There are other products which contain better dosing of now atonement and herbs. The label states that it is fast dissolve or chewable, this is true. Not enough melatonin and/or other ingredients to keep me asleep.
