Just look online for making rice in a pressure cooker and youll find lots of ways to do it all different in manual mode

Add salt pepper and a little chili and then cook the rice normally or maybe with slightly less water to account for the tomato in manual mode

The program time adjustment is called texture

Only real quibble is that it does not display the cook time that a program is setting you have to look in the booklet
