Bought this seat cushion to keep warm in the car in the cold winter months. This cushion fit my 2014 Honda accord seat quite well. I guess there are a few different variations with different elastic straps for securing it to the car's seat. In the original product pictures (here on Amazon and product packaging) it shows one large elastic strap for the top / back part with two elastic bands with hooks on top that attach to the headrest or behind the seat. Mine came with two large elastic straps on the back part with nothing on the top and four shorter elastic straps with hooks attached for the bottom part. Aside from that, everything else looks as advertised.The cushion heats up quite well and feels nice and toasty on the hot HI setting and very warm on LO setting. There is also an OFF setting in between the two. There is no light indicator on the controller other than seeing where the switch is. There is a light on the 12V cigarette lighter plug confirming that it’s plugged in and getting power. Inside of that plug is a replaceable fuse. Within a minute or two of turning it on, you can already feel it getting warm and it only gets hotter after that. I guess it depends on how cold it is outside and what I'm wearing. I have not experienced it shutting off and then turning back on automatically like advertised, but perhaps it has not reached the max temp. I have turned it down to LO a few times when it got a bit too hot for my liking. Some people like it burning hot, I just like it to keep me warm. To each their own. The heating elements are well padded inside and aren't protruding at all. They aren't however edge-to-edge, but most of these cushions are designed that way. Only about 2/3 of the top and bottom are heated and only in the middle with no heat on the sides. So no heat towards the edge of the seat under the knees and no heat at the edge of the top of the back towards the neck. But again, most cushions that I've seen are like that.This cushion is lightly padded and feels fairly durable. It is 38.5 long and 19.5 wide.I've had it for a few days now and like it a lot. Usually these type seat cushions don't last a long time with daily use, but I will update the review as time goes on.. I would have rated it 5-stars instead of 4, but mine was missing the straps on the top and the entire documentation in the packaging was in an Asian language. Without anything in English, there is no way of knowing the warnings, cleaning suggestions or specifications. Also, would have been nice if the heating elements were spread wider.
