    For example, if pink/purple is displayed, it'll hold that color for a few seconds, and then abruptly drop the blue to leave just red.

    They were bright enough and the transitions speed is fine, but they seem to hive a bias to the green/blue side, red doesn't show up very often when you have a whole bunch of them together the amalgam almost always some shade of teal, with rare brief purple or orange patches.
