Rhodiola rosea is a great addition to my banana nut protein smoothie. It is very easy to use or even put into gelatin capsules. Mix it in with flavored yogurt dash of stevia.

Rhodiola is a plant used to increase mental capacity and help the body cope with stress. It also protects the cells from damage and may even improve memory and learning skills.
Cons
Opened the bag and smelled horribly of pure rubbing alcohol. This needs some indication that there might be complications here.
