Great product. Does awesome for the price of the device. It is so refreshing to have a company care about the people who have purchased their products and that they ensure the item works properly. Standing by for replacement process.

The new frame performs as you would expect a digital frame to. My only complaint is, you have to be looking at the frame from straight on. It looks great on my desk at work and helps to limit clutter!

The screen is low-resolution and distorts the proportions of the image, even if you resize your photos to their specified resolution. Are almost light grey and there are what looks like water droplet like markings burned into the display. There was a ... Read More

The interface is a bit sluggish and the remote can take up to a second or extra presses until the frame responds. Will not show avi, or mp4 videos encoded with the proper format.
