Pros
My only gripe is that the cable could be a bit longer. Don't forget to follow the instructions re locking the *. Seems several reviewers skipped this essential step.
I have long wavy hair which is unruly but these worked a charm. Good for when i'm rushing out the door and don't have time to make my curls look nice. Straighten fine. Slower to heat up (1 min 38 secs) than some other brands.
Cons
Hair got stuck in the brush whist using the straightener function. The curling part isn't so great either, barely even styles it. Which defeats the point.

Im not going to heat more as my hair is fine although i use it at 220 and i should be using it at 150 for fine hair

Personally i dont find the buttons get accidentally hit in use but they can be locked in any case
