Pros

Great value. Just as advertised. Very helpful and efficent customer service. I think this makes a pretty decent travel dryer.

It folds up nicely and love how it comes with the detachable nozzle. Dries well (and quickly) and stores without taking up a lot of space.

My hair is much shiner and sleeker than with my previous hair dryer. I'm a bit of a blow dryer snob as i am a hairstylist. The dryer is a bit bulkier than most travel hairdryer.

Used it in norway with no issues. Worked great in europe and just as powerful even with the voltage conversion. Dual voltage is great for international travel.

Cons

The temperature never did get above lukewarm and the directional air thing on the front fell off at the slightest touch. It is too weak on euro voltage even for fine hair.

However the day after i received the dryer i realized that the cruise ship has blow dryers in the staterooms and even had a hair salon

It also folds very nicely for easy packing in your suitcase and is easy to hold and not very heavy

Competitiveness

The hot air pressure coming out of this dryer is not as forceful as most hair dryers you find at the store
