Pros
Sometimes i throw it in a shake, sometimes i just eat it dry. Yes, the directions are a bit vague, but who doesn't deviate from the suggested serving and frequency consumed? In the ingredients.
See this as a super protein rather than a hormone/myostatin manipulator. The older you get, the more myostatin your body produces. Also, my upper arms have more width and girth than ever before.
This stuff is amazing. Love the taste. It is sweet.
Cons
I presume these are all employees of the company that purchased the product and gave a good review for the benefit of their employer. There may be a logical explanation but whatever. Don't waste your money.
It looks like it was made by a 5th grader. I'm pretty f-ing sure they weren't pressing dumbbells and squatting every day.

Joe obviously was an expert at advertising products and perhaps this is a factor with the fluffy packaging

I gained 10lbs of muscle in about 56 weeks
This also appears to be the same product cenegenics sold here at a much elevated price
Its not magic and i would not buy it over a good preworkout protein powder or bcaa
I just turned 60 am a male bodybuilding enthusiast

Ordered a second bottle but when it was delivered it was set out by the curb of my house during a hot week 105 degrees

In those bodies i think myostatin levels play less of a role and this is below the radar thats my opinion not research or science
