Adhesive is strong enough to stay in place in shoe. I wear keens sandals most of the time when it’s not cold or rainy. Just gets so sore & these are amazing they stick well and no more foot pain.

After 3-4 min of this, a tiny opening appears and the backing can be peeled off. They have great adhesion, unfortunately too good. The edges are not bevelled and sloped to allow for comfort. These pads are junk.
