Pros
The only thing i would upgrade if i could is the hardness of the metal it is made of. Compared to the roam, it certainly feels more weightier and better constructed. No fear of it jarring loose when riding on trails.
The clamp holds the phone securely after tightening them with my fingers. There is a screw that tightens the ball hinge. Holds my samsung 8+ securely.
Cons
The part that connects it to your bike is 100% plastic. The holder is of solid material however the spacers kept sliding out from the bar grip while riding. It is ashamed it is poorly constructed.

What would also be nice is to have some mechanism maybe a screw that can tighten the placement of the cell phone in a single location if you desire that to be the case

Then again if it was made of harder metal it would probably cost more

I was scared it might vibrate and move on bumpy roads and everything stayed put
