But without the fat it just isnt peanut butter and doesnt come close to having the creamy consistency of peanut butter

I do not think the ratio of 2 tablespoons of the powder to 2 tablespoons of water is correct sounds like too much water

For comparison 2tb of regular peanut butter has 6 weight watcher smart points whereas this metrx has only 1 point for 2tb

Like those powders this can be reconstituted into a moist spread which is spreadable but not creamy at all
