Pros
It seems to be well made and it really looks stylish. Arrived safely and on time.
The handles are very comfy, the overall sizing and ergonomics are great for my larger hands. This feels good to hold and chop with.
I never leave reviews as life is too short for all that but this knife is awesome. This is my first knife which i didn't just get from a grocery store.
Zwilling fits the bill, being affordable but not up at the ridiculous end of the scale.
Cons
The blade shows areas of chipping and would not have expected this for a knife that is only 18 months old. This steel is far too smooth. Returned on day of purchase.

I didnt want to spend too much money on a proper knife but still have the quality and this knife didnt disappointed me
This is a very reasonably priced knife to improve much in the quality you have to spend twice as much
Just need to be ultra careful not to take any liberties with the blade edge and fingers
All in all i think as with the paring knives whichever you get you will get used to in a short time and not really notice the difference
Price
It is beyond my expectation especially for this price really good for value
As others have said excellent rapport between quality and price
The mercer is about half the price of the zwilling
Competitiveness
These knives have the same spec genesis model as the best wusthof equivalent
I recently bought the mercer similar 16cm chef knife for a different household

We had a silly little sharpener in the drawer the type you can put the blade in between two sharpening surfaces which worked a bit but new knives didnt fit
