I love the whole mercer genesis line and have purchased three more knives in the same line the handles are non slip which is great when carving and hold an edge exceptionally well for the price

After using a coworkers utility knife which was mercer renaissance i purchased this little set to fill a void in my set as i didnt have a carving knife or shears and they have both been great additions to my knife bag
