Highlights
Quality
I use this radio as a base and it performs well in the area that i live with the magnet mount antenna simply just placed on a windowsill
Good quality power supply they used a good quality fan and it works as you would expect it too

Packaging/appearance
I added an led readout to monitor dc output voltage and a fuse on the 120vac input as well as an offon switch due to the repurposing
An optional fuse on the 120vac to protect the power supply would be a good factory option
Competitiveness
So i needed a way to also run it off of a 110v wall plug and this power supply does the trick
Works perfectly for my 75w yaesu ft2900r
I run a yaesu v8000 75w 2m rig on it with no problems whatever
Im using then to power rgbw led lighting

The power supply did make a small audible noose under load so i connected an oscilloscope to the output and saw some 462mhz feedback but it was less than 300 mvpp
