The soles are very rigid - which i like - though some people may consider an insole as necessary. The tongue is attached halfway up the boots laces which makes them pretty waterproof even if you step in and deep puddle.

Cons

They are not waterproof. The leather stitching is very uneven in a few positions. The metal lace eyelets are really flimsy.

These boots are, sadly, useless. I am disappointed because i have always considered these boots to be outstanding value for money. Will be seeking a refund.

Not even worth a fiver. Garbage customer service. Disgracefully poor quality from a company with a reputation.

Highly recommend and half the rice of some boots i have purchased and these match and surpass the quality of the more expensive ones

I typically use old work shoes for the purpose mostly when out with the camera

These are lovely quality boots however i never wore them to test the durability as they were sadly too wide and slipped quite badly

Packaging/appearance

Love the packaging and the feeling they will meet my expectations by this alone

Looked all over the packaging boots and tags for the made in prc vietnam india labels but havent found any evidence of that so far

Competitiveness

More robust than my previous gortex boots

My partner is very happy with these good quality boots and comfortable to would buy again 5 star rated defo 😊x
