Case is not hard, but definitely not soft, and is sturdy. Case is super nice. Good luck, a fine purchase.

The only accessory that is not included is the fingerboard cheat. I am a world class drummer who was taught violin, by a friend who plays cello for the o show. Any instrument requires discipline and patience and especially, the joy of repetition.

The sound quality is really good for a cheapy beginner violin. Easy to tune with the tuner. Also watch some videos on youtube before tuning violin.

The bow is a complete joke, with equally terrible craftsmanship. Even after scoring the rosin with a blade and sandpaper, it still is resistant and will not coat the bow. Buy a separate higher quality bow and rosin.

The bow is not sturdy enough to last one year of school-only violin playing. The pegs are not fitted for the instrument and unwind every few minutes. The fine tuners in the tailpiece are so cheap they are worthless.

This thing was sold and shipped defective. They want me to pay for the return of their defective item.
