The only problem is that sometimes when i push it in to lock it it doesnt catch but it doesnt take much to try it again

I was surprised to discover that some very minor assembly is required when you first wear the belt you have to insert the butt end of the strap into a slot in the buckle and close a clamp that secures the belt
