On the amazon picture it looks kind of stiff and rigid because of the lighting but the actual cushion is made of a memory foam like material

I decided to try and put this on my car seat after i adjusted the positioning i found it was really comfortable

Although the cushion isnt very thick the memory foam provided the support needed to keep my back from hurting after sitting on a hard chair for that long amount of time even better i was not laid up in bed the next day something im not used to

Having had cushions similar to this one i can say it will not be the easiest task to get the cushion back into the cover but it is possible and all similar cushions have the same issue

I have used many different similar cushions including a couple suggested by my doctor but have not been happy with them for the most part mostly due to their just not working for me not that they were bad products

Its not comfortable when my sitting cushion is smaller than my bottom

Their initial reaction was that we already had the best of the best in the chair but perhaps since this has the tailbone part cut out this might work
