Didnt get in the way and wasnt bothersome to wear i had it on underneath a long sleeve shirt

By the end of the run it was absolutely filthy and i wasnt expecting it to come clean but after one cycle through the wash it was like new unlike my actual clothes that needed three washes

A few things no it wont fit a cell phone smart phone unless you have a flip phone from 2002 you could probably jam that in

No it wont hold your entire set of keys with a giant keyring it will hold a car remote fob easily though
