The video is recommended but without learning the theory i believe i would not have used it to the degree that is needed for the benefits it gives

I bought the foot hand balls first then the book then the roller then the dvds

I did and the time it took and the small amount of money i saved werent worth is because sometimes the equipment doesnt feel the same as i think it should while watching the videos
