Having got over the fact that id look a bit ridiculous i tried one of these eye masks whilst laying on my bed

The masks are heat activated as soon as you open the sealed packs it triggers the heating up of the mask

There is no steam whatsoever it’s a single use warming mask

To use you simply tear the packet open and contact with the air starts the heating process it is totally automatic
