Pros

Megafood is a top notch company company. These vitamins are a protection against the harmful contaminants in our environment and is just another arsenal in my tool of goodies to keep me healthy. Goody, goody, mega food!

This vitamin is the easiest on the stomach of any vitamin i have ever tried. The only difficulty is that the iron taste is stronger in thisvtgan in my iron pill that is 40 mg more iron than this one. I love that it's only one pill a day.
