Instead of packaging the parts based on build order theyre packaged based on piece type
The packaging is just as much an art piece as the ship itself

First off the cons this is not lego although most of the parts are crosscompatible so the quality control isnt great

Part of that will be making compromises for example if you build the peg that holds it to the base as shown it wont fit and youll have to remove some pieces to make it fit

Secondly if you get a kit like mine you will have both extra pieces and some missing

Luckily the manufacturer is good about responding to emails about missing parts and will send you replacementsjust be sure you get the right s from the back of the manualand dont throw the box away until assembledyou may need the box to pass to them

The pros this is a very large and impressive model of the classic tos enterprise with lots of detail and light up nacelle domes and its a very large kit in terms of of pieces so if the journey is more important than the destination its a plusthis will take several days of work of several hours so its not a 1hour snaptite kit
