Original post 2962016 ive had the pair only for a week and accidentally dropped it once from waist height and the left earbuds volume is much lower now

Ive contacted support and they said such a drop will damage the earphones and that its not covered by warranty and that theyd take a look if i send it back to them

It is a very smooth sound and the ear buds are extremely comfortable and easy to wear
