Great for the skin, applied topically or as a toner. Reduces inflammation. Helps with sleep and concentration. I use this in a homemade lotion for arthritis pain relief.

Cons

I find this product toxic. Itching, burning, tickling to name an annoying few. Avoid at all costs imo.
