Pros

This medic alert is with me at all times. The voice on the machine is loud and clear (important for seniors who are hard of hearing) the pendent is much lighter than i thought it would be, which is good.

The instructions are some of the best and clearest i have ever seen. Very easy to setup. Programming instructions are clear and easy to perform. Took a little to figure out how to set up.

Cons

The product works as advertised; but there are two very poor design flaws which make it problematic. The second flaw is much worse. Sent me whole new system with same static problem.
