This is a fine product and does what promised. Very affordable.

I have cmc arthritis in my thumb joint which is very painful when inflamed. I work long hours at a desk and have extreme pain in my wrist and forearm sometimes. They are a bit smaller than pictured but worked on me as i don't have large hands.

The advantage of medibeads over paraffin wax is no messy heater to clean. There are other mitts that are similar and cheaper, but this one is good because the heat beads go all the way around the mitt.

Great idea but it does not stay cold from freezer for more than 6 minutes. They're so big they don't fit tightly so you have to sit involuted. Split open and had beads all over floor. Poorly made with very cheap materials.
