Pros & Cons
Pros
Easy to clean when use dish brush or dishwasher. Works as advertised and it it not that hard to clean if you are careful and use soap and a soft scrub brush to clean the many blades on this device. It is very easy to hold and very sharp blades.
Does the job even on thick tomahawk rib eye. Defiantly tenderizes the meat.
Works extremely well on beef and pork. Works absolutely fabulous for tenderizing steaks…even cheap cuts get tender! Really worked on a piece of flank steak.
Cons
No way to lock meat stripper for cleaning working parts under faucet. Stagnant moisture is a breeding ground for mold and bacteria. It's hard to clean the densely packed blades.
