Pros
It helps saturate the meat quicker and more evenly. Perfect for beef, chicken, veal and turkey.
It has sharp blades and makes marination easy. The blades are super sharp and able to * and pierce through easily.
Easy to use with a nice big handle on top. Simple to clean too and dishwasher safe. Easy to take apart for cleanup. Safety feature is easy to engage and disengage.
Cons
The unit is poorly assembled and begins loosening with the first use. It really is too big and bulky and you have to push too hard on it to get it to go through the meat. Protective outer case is cracked so much as photo.
