Pros
Works quickly for both meat and at higher temps for frying oil. It's workable, more so if you run it under a hot tap. I use it for grilling and my hand gets hot before i get the true temperature.

This is easy to read during individual temperature reads though it is still susceptible to heat
It does everything i want it to but it is not an instant read takes 1015 seconds but otherwise im happy
