    I checked the signal paths with an oscilloscope and found a short of two pins, due to a solder bridge, on the bottom of the board.

    These are good, they are cheap and they work correctly.

    Note: these will activate when it detects a 0v output (digital low state) so in other words they work the oppposite as your average relay.
