The quality is rather good, and noticeably better than what i used a decade or so ago. The words on it are very quickly read. And are tearless and convenient. Aside from the packaging, these are great.

This is a really decent onion spice, so nice to add to soups, chilis and stir-frys for some extra oomph. It comes with two shaker styles but mostly i’d be using the “pour” shaker. The container is nice and large, almost the bulk spice container size!

Cons

Despite the expiration date being quite far off in the future, this product has virtually no aroma or flavor. In my very humid climate, there is no way to keep onion powder even for a couple of days without it turning into onion-flavored cement. This ... Read More

Yes onion powder can do for flavor but minced onion is a great substitute when used in omlettes curries etc

It tastes more flavorful than the nonorganic brand

I compared mccormick’s organic minced onion to my longtime staple mccormick’s regular dried minced onion

Since i have moved to organic foods i have not used many of the older more trusted brands
