Pros & Cons
Pros
This isn't quite the same as fresh onion but if i rehydrate it it a bowl with some warm water it’s pretty close and saves me a last minute trip to the store. These onions are super fresh and flavorful. These dehydrated onions taste as good as fresh on... Read More
The quality is rather good, and noticeably better than what i used a decade or so ago. The words on it are very quickly read. And are tearless and convenient. Aside from the packaging, these are great.

Competitiveness
Yes onion powder can do for flavor but minced onion is a great substitute when used in omlettes curries etc

I compared mccormick’s organic minced onion to my longtime staple mccormick’s regular dried minced onion
Since i have moved to organic foods i have not used many of the older more trusted brands
