This board is a beast. It isn't like your old board though- it is concave to a degree i wasn't used to and i darn near fell on my * in my driveway. Sadly, this beauty of a board was stolen off of our front patio after just a few months.
The humongous wheels take me smoothly over cracks in the asphalt, rocks and even bumpy roads. The wheels are phenomenal.
Super fast longboard, great for cruising and good for beginners. It is an uncannily responsive board. This skateboard is great for what i need.
It's a bit pricey maybe, but i was more or less in love with it from go so. Just got it in the mail and bam. I have 6 longboards and this is my fave by far!
Cons
It's not flame proof or spike proof. I can't go fast or the board loses control. Wheel makes a lot of noise and doesn't spin freely.

I was worried it would be slow because of the ridiculous wheels but it is plenty fast
I push when i can keep up with him but usually he runs too fast and just pulls me along
Said he was going so fast down a sidewalk on a hill he decided to get on the pavement so it might not be as fast
It handles them but not as fast as paved obviously
Packaging/appearance
All of mine were 34 turns too loose out of the box not nearly tight enough imo

I’m a 220lb guy and no issues so far
He said its made with good materials and takes a beating
I wanted to join her and encourage her by skating too
