I'm not sure how weather proof the supplied padlock will be, but for the price can't complain.

(i didn't get a reply from mayflower about what colour they used so that i could buy touch-up paint).
These were less than half the price of similar bolt-down folding parking posts on other sites.

Did not use their bolts as post removal would be difficult and a convoluted way of fixing

Not installed yet so cant comment on the bolts but everything seems ok plus u get the padlock allthou the top of the bar looks a bit rough and not finished very well but end of the day its not 2 display on the mantel piece

If you do not follow the instructions you can end up flaring open the shield into which the bolt secures the bottom threaded round nut and it is difficult to remove

The lock supplied is also very heavy duty though it got a bit stiff quite quickly but nothing a splat of wd40 couldnt sort

I agree with what others have said about the bolts that come with theyre bad quality and just spin around so just get better ones in advance they’re a good price in screwfix
