The key is to not get overzealous with the amount of heat or the size of the sections being straightened.

I was disappointed when the dial broke about 9months after i purchased it.

I didnt know what tempature setting it was on so i called the company and explained to them what happened and they said it was still under warranty and sent me a new one.

I was told to use distilled water but didnt listen and used tap water and now it is plugged.
