Pros
Fans are audible, but not overly annoying and they do pull heat out of the unit. It is kinda noisy but it does appear to dissipate some internal heat. I was a little skeptical when i saw the reviews about how loud it was or how the fan squeaked.
Cons
Fan works well, but the usb port on it (to replace the one you're plugging it into) does not work. It actually block up the path of the internal fans and makes it hotter. All these cooling fans are a scam.

I did experience issues with the switch not working a couple times but i just unplugged only from the system and let it cool down for a bit

I cannot get power to most things including my external hard drive so just be aware of that if you’re thinking of pitching this

You really have to wonder what they were thinking by not including a factory exhaust fan on a game console that generates enough heat to fill a room

Lastly i noticed that the usb pass thru on this doesnt appear to be usb 3
