Pros & Cons

Pros

First timer over here. Great product, works as advertised. Allows me to multitask.

Smell not too chemically or unpleasant. I look forward to experimenting by using plastic film next time and stripping paint only and see if odor does not occur.

Cons

Product is so runny it is even hard to use it on horizonal surfaces. After shaking gallon remains watery. Other similar products have a consistency which makes them easier to apply, do not need to be shaken before application, and stay wet longer.

Couldnt even scrape any paint off with my finger nails. I test this remover and is not good it doesn't do nothing to the paint i just lost my money.

Smells like cherry whiskey in a good way i used it my basement and didn’t have a problem with the smell

The attached pictures show the product in use on the paint layers the stain layer and the sanded finish

In all fairness i wonder if the texture spray was creating the odor as it softened rather than the product

Take a spray bottle not a finger trigger but a handle pull like a cleaning supply bottle fill with product

Packaging/appearance

This eats through the layers so i can easily scrape off the paint

I did have to apply a second coat to remove the rest of paint residue

Competitiveness

Decided to try this instead of klean strip which i’ve always used

Be patient there is typically always a trade off btwn products super chemically will practically boil paint off walls as well a...  Read More
