Great for toddlers before bedtime. It counteracts caffeine. I make an electrolyte drink, and add a little of this to it.
The flavor is pleasant, thanks to the lemon extract that appears on the short list of added ingredients. Mild lemon flavor makes it easy to take. The slight lemon flavor tastes good with almost anything, even just a cup of water.
The only drawback is the dropper.
Cons
Lemon flavored water doesn't seem to absorb well. Stevia in it makes it taste disgusting.

He tried omega3 for 30 days added bcomplex for 30 days then added magnesium drops behavior was unchanged
