Pros

This conditioner and matching shampoo are they only ones i will use. I like that it isn't very'strong' per say for the toning effect as the shampoo i use does very well and is a bit drying. The scent and the conditioner makes my hair silky soft.

My hair is so soft and my white hair, that i love is so bright and manageable! Took out all the brassy orange tones. Brings the blonde right out and brightens my hair so much.

Cons

I love this shampoo and conditioner but it came with the lid off and leaking out of the bag. Didn't help with hair brassiness. No other shampoo or conditioner is, can't even remove the stench.

I received this in a box that had no sign of a problem but the bottle top of matrix had come off and leaked into the box
