When i bought this i decided to set aside one phone case only to use with this holder because there is an adapter with magnet that helps to clip and hold the phone tight and secure when using it

Initially i bought it because i saw somebody using one and i thought if would be really useful to hold my phone while running but i’ve also used it to work put at the gym
