Pros
I have pretty bad spd and this helps it. It goes from deep in my glutes to a sharp pain in my lumbar spine and radiates upward to my shoulder blade.
This is a semi-bulky belt but still a lil comfy that i can use while doing errands. Ft4in and 141 lbs 29 weeks pregnant for reference and the medium was perfect.
It's not just that the belly feels lighter, i feel lighter! Only complaint is when i take it off. Its like taking off your bra at the end of the day, it feels good but you're also a bit sore.
Cons
The velcro becomes weak very quick and won’t stay closed. The top strap is removable and pretty unnecessary. The plastic boning and elastic are clearly wider in the stretched areas.

The band was pretty nice during pregnancy just wish j wouldve used it more as it wouldve helped a lot more im just horrible at remembering to put stuff like this on when doing chores or certain jobs
