8/27 update:Billing practice, misleading information regarding the insurance coverage (lying about they are under my insurance network for $3000 coverage, and over-charge ($1966. 76 for two visits) are not covered by CDA. Based on Dr. Hsieh's comment, it is not related to the case. They knew there is no watch dog for what their unusual for profit business practice. Bottom line, if they targeted you as a victim, you will be in the same situation like me. They said they will try to work with you, it is an another lie. After I found out Hoang lied to us, he said if you go to the other provider, you will pay more because he already took $1977. 76 out of our account. So the only win-win solution is to refer them 10 more "victims aka customers" then he will give me a discount. Extremely greedy and hungry for more customers to get more money. They have very unusual business practice and target certain group. So if you want to take the chance, feel free. I am not here to get Hoang or Hsieh's attention or need them to give me any discount on the treatment, let the fact and the evidence to speak for itself. Feel free to contact me for the evidence. . Please make sure you get a second opinion before you sign any paper from Hoang Tran. Hoang Tran is not a doctor, he doesn't look at you as a patient but a customer and he will maximize the profit out of you regardless if it is at the cost of you. Also if you have sever bite issue, make sure to get a second opinion. The low cost rubber band technique is not the best way but cheap. High profit! I am not saying others are better, but please get a second opinion to reduce the risk. For only two visits, Hoang took away $1966. 76. And told me sorry that he didn't find out my insurance coverage is a mistake. My insurance told me that no way he could not find out with my SSN and company information. If you ever get an estimation from Hoang Tran, don't believe it. Hoang Tran will tell you that he will verify your insurance coverage, and shows your what is your bottom line out of pocket cost, don't believe it. He will give you the best number to get your business, there is a fine-print under the contract and according to Hoang "it is your responsibility to find out yourself from your insurance". The estimation Hoang did for you, is reference only! This office is switching insurance network actively, your benefit will be impacted at your own cost, especially rubber band technique takes longer.
